Terms of Service

MarketGeno is created and operated by Julian Kennedy. In these terms, “MarketGeno,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Julian Kennedy operating MarketGeno, who is the party you are contracting with. MarketGeno is not a separate legal entity: it is not a corporation or a limited liability company. A limited liability company is planned but has not been formed. If a legal entity is formed later, the operator and contracting party named here will be updated.

MarketGeno is an evidence-only market-intelligence product. It is built to detect, measure, and describe patterns across your market activity and the context around it. It does not provide investment advice, buy/sell/hold instructions, price targets, or guaranteed outcomes, and it does not place trades on your behalf. See the Financial Disclosure.

Using MarketGeno requires an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can create an account or sign in through the sign-in page.

When using MarketGeno, you agree not to:

• Attempt to access data that is not yours, or to bypass the product’s security or account isolation.
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or the providers it depends on.
• Resell, redistribute, or misrepresent the product’s outputs as advice or guaranteed results.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law.

MarketGeno offers three plans:

• Basic — free.
• Pro — $35 per month or $350 per year.
• Elite — $75 per month or $750 per year.

Paid plans are intended to be billed through Stripe at the amount shown for the plan and interval you choose. There is no free trial. Paid checkout is not open yet: production billing is still being commissioned, so a paid subscription cannot currently be purchased. When billing is commissioned, paid access is intended to apply only while a subscription is active.

Billing changes — including changing plan or interval, updating payment details, and cancellation — are intended to be handled through Stripe’s billing portal. The billing page can create a Stripe billing portal session for an eligible customer once billing is configured; the specific actions the portal offers, and the terms of cancellation (including what happens for the remainder of a paid period), are configured in Stripe during commissioning and are not finalized yet. Until that configuration is approved, no specific cancellation workflow or timing is guaranteed here.

MarketGeno retains ownership of its software, branding, interfaces, proprietary systems, and original content. You retain ownership of the information and content you supply, subject to the permissions reasonably necessary for MarketGeno to operate the service for you — for example, to store, process, and display your content back to you.

MarketGeno surfaces information from third-party sources, including Twelve Data (market data), Mediastack and GDELT (news coverage), SEC EDGAR (public filings), and, when you connect a broker, SnapTrade (brokerage records). Payments are intended to be handled by Stripe. This information is provided by those third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable, and your use of it may also be subject to their terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MarketGeno does not guarantee that the product, or the third-party data it depends on, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

Oro generates explanations from the evidence in your workspace. Its output can be incomplete or wrong, is not authoritative, and must not be treated as investment advice or as a basis for a financial decision on its own.

MarketGeno may suspend or terminate access to the service for abuse, security threats, unlawful use, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using MarketGeno at any time, and you can remove content you have created using the deletion tools described in the Privacy Policy.

Creating or using an account constitutes acceptance of these terms. MarketGeno may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version will be posted here, and your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
